Building a greater relationship with my food is imperative. Also the way I think, drink and eat determines what weight loss or weight gain will be left on my bones. So, what I tell myself before, during and after the below four steps is vital.

  1. Eat only when hungry.
  2. Eat with portion control. (Ex: Whole sandwich, only eat half.)
  3. Drink 1 cup (3oz.) of water before eating.
  4. Drink 1 cup (3oz.) of water after eating.
