Building a greater relationship with my food is imperative. Also the way I think, drink and eat determines what weight loss or weight gain will be left on my bones. So, what I tell myself before, during and after the below four steps is vital.
- Eat only when hungry.
- Eat with portion control. (Ex: Whole sandwich, only eat half.)
- Drink 1 cup (3oz.) of water before eating.
- Drink 1 cup (3oz.) of water after eating.
