Yes! Queens! This day is here. Yes! It’s a thing. Especially on this platform. There are so many little things you can do today, to help assist with losing weight. No! It won’t be over night. However; Queens it definitely starts with one day and one night. They do add up.
Through out this day, I will be placing some glitter for your crown. No… I’m not dropping all the jewels… because Queens you must still do your part too. I will drop some for you tho. Just a few sprinkles. This is just my experience on what I did and why.

Pink Grapefruit
Pink Grapefruit helped me so much. Thanks to my Father that gave me this tip. I started adding Grapefruit in my foods, a midnight snack and even when I juiced. My father told me “Shamerra eat 1 Grapefruit each night before bed.”
Most people who are on medication say they can’t have grapefruit because of their medication. However, people are only on medications because either they were born with a condition or their not properly managing their condition they help create.
